These General Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on the website https://peaceful-dogs.com/ (the “Site”). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as by any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy and Return/Refund Policy, if published)

2. Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all sales of products offered on the Site to consumers and/or business customers, unless a specific written agreement states otherwise. Any different or additional terms proposed by the customer are rejected unless we expressly accept them in writing. 


3. Products and Availability

3.1 Product descriptions. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor differences in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or supplier changes and do not affect product conformity. 

3.2 Availability. Products are offered while supplies last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and either (a) refund the unavailable item or (b) offer an equivalent product if you agree. 


4. Pricing

4.1 Currency. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Taxes. Prices may exclude sales tax. If applicable, sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and current U.S. tax rules. 

4.3 Price changes. We may change prices at any time. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order. 


5. Orders

5.1 Order process. You place an order by selecting products, confirming your cart, providing shipping/billing information, and completing payment.

5.2 Order confirmation. After checkout, you receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons (fraud suspicion, stock issues, pricing/description errors, shipping limitations, etc.). 

5.3 Customer responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your order details (address, email, phone, product selections) are correct before payment. We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect customer information. 


6. Payment

6.1 Accepted methods. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., credit/debit card, digital wallets, or other processors).

6.2 Secure payment. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. 

6.3 Chargebacks. In case of abusive or fraudulent chargebacks, we may suspend related accounts and take reasonable steps to recover amounts owed plus associated fees. 


7. Shipping and Delivery (USA)

7.1 Delivery area. We deliver primarily within the United States. If international shipping is offered for some products, the available countries and costs will be shown at checkout.

7.2 Shipping fees & timelines. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on destination, shipping method, and product availability. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. 

7.3 Transfer of risk. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provided. Title transfers to you at the time of shipment unless prohibited by law. 

7.4 Delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, force majeure, or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will support you in tracking and resolution. 

7.5 Damaged or missing packages. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us at contact@neuromethod.com within 7 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages). Provide photos and order information so we can assist with carrier claims or replacement when appropriate. 


8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Return window. Unless a product page states otherwise, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

8.2 Return conditions. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, except where required by law. 

8.3 Non-returnable items. Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, digital, or customization reasons. Such exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout. 

8.4 How to return. To start a return, email contact@neuromethod.com with:

  • order number

  • item(s) to return

  • reason for return
    We will send instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

8.5 Return shipping cost. Unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We may deduct return shipping costs from your refund if we provide a label.

8.6 Refund timing. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank processing times may vary.

8.7 Exchanges. If you want an exchange, request it by email. Exchanges depend on stock availability; otherwise a refund may be issued. 


9. Consumer Warranties / Product Use

9.1 Legal warranty. You may benefit from warranties provided by applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

9.2 No medical claims. Unless explicitly stated on a product page, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Use products only as directed. If you have questions about suitability, consult a qualified professional. 


10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions are valid only under the conditions stated at the time of offer and cannot be combined unless expressly allowed. We may cancel promotions in cases of misuse, error, or fraud. 


11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and trademarks, is owned by DRMNRR LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Site content without our prior written consent. 


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 


13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, pandemic measures, war, terrorism, power outages, internet failures, or carrier interruptions. 


14. Personal Data

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By ordering, you consent to our processing of your data for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. 


15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing law. These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

15.2 Disputes. We encourage you to contact us first at contact@neuromethod.com to resolve any issue amicably. If we cannot resolve a dispute, it will be submitted to the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 


16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on your order date applies to that order. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use of the Site after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
